Studio A Design 3D Printing:
Have an existing file you just need printed or need a custom part designed and prototyped?
No matter what you need, I can provide it for you using in-house FDM & Resin Printers or outsource to my trusted Print-Houses. Send me an Email or give me a call to discuss your 3D Print Project!

This is an example of the resolution you can expect from my Resin Printer. Excellent detail with minimal clean-up. This particular print shows no post-processing aside from removing supports and curing.  Print volume = 330mm/13" x 185mm/7.3" x 400mm/15.75".

Custom Designs
Custom Designed 3D Prints

Studio A Design can also provide 3D Print paint/finishing. Here are just a few examples of Custom Keychains. Many Custom Car Builders also utilize 3D printing for custom interior components.

Recreate Obsolete Parts
Obsolete Part Anchor

Restoring an old vehicle and can't find the part anywhere? Studio A Design can recreate most any obsolete component, decorative and/or functional. Through use of 3D scanning we can reverse-engineer and replicate using your existing reference part. This is an example of an interior trim piece which resides behind a window crank handle. Existing parts were cracked & warped from the sun.

Through use of 3D scanning we recreate the reference part inside CAD. This customer sourced new Chrome which was slightly different from the original parts so a new feature was designed to trap these metal components into the plastic/painted body. This cross-section used to review design with client.

Final 3D Printed parts were painted to match the original components. Trim rings were designed with a tight tolerance friction-fit to trap the Chrome inside the plastic bodies upon assembly.

Auto Interior

Studio A Design provides Custom Automotive Interior Components.  For retrofittable components, such as consoles as shown here, the fastest and most accurate approach is to 3D Scan your existing components.

Final Geometry was created to incorporate a Radio and CB per Customer specifications. 3D Print was made using a high-temp, functional resin then painted to match surrounding textured materials and provide a durable finish.
